JANUARY 2006 UPDATE:
A British Group has agreed with us, just recently, to become the future Stella Maris, land developing/marketing entity. They will pursue, in principle and in many details, our final "Master Development Plan", incorporating various future marine - golf & other sports - and Atlantic-side vacation and residential property offerings, coupled with the needed commercial and physical infra-structure. As a first phase of this effectively becoming a (friendly) take-over, entered into so as to secure the long-term development future of Stella Maris, marketing of presently available properties takes place in the UK headquarter as well as here in Stella Maris.
